Anatomy

We have exceptional anatomy facilities and teaching staff that enable you to learn about the intricacies of the human body through using human specimens.

These facilities are used by a diverse range of students from across the University.

Both medical and dental students study anatomy, and we have a dedicated team of academic and clinical staff to deliver anatomy teaching.

We also employ General Medical Council (GMC) registered doctors to demonstrate topographical anatomy.

You will get the chance to handle cadaveric material and take advantage of electronic anatomy resources.

The anatomy facilities at Manchester are licensed under the Human Tissue Act 2004. Find out more about our anatomical science facilities.
