As we're the UK's largest medical school and cover a large geographical area, our students have access to a wide range of excellent learning and training facilities.

Campus facilities

You'll mostly be based at the University's Oxford Road campus in Stopford Building during Years 1 and 2 of the MBChB programme.

You'll use our clinical skills facilities and also visit community settings and hospitals across the north-west.

Want to visit the campus? Register for an open day.

Alternatively, watch the video below, where Year 4 Medicine student Minahil takes us on a tour of facilities used on the course.

Teaching hospitals

In Years 3 to 5 of the medical programme, our students are placed at a base teaching hospital, rather than on campus at Manchester.
