Alternatively, if you already have funding and want to propose your own project in one of our research degree areas, you should find a supervisor in that area and get in contact with them. 

Most of our PhDs (Doctor of Philosophy) are available to study as an MPhil (Master of Philosophy) if you don’t quite meet the entry requirements or need to gain additional research experience before progressing onto a PhD.
