Required documents

How we’ll check your identity.

We need to verify your identity when your interview is taking place, whether it is online or on campus.

You will be required to show your ID documents before the start of the interview so your identity can be verified.

As such, you are required to have with you one of the following pieces of identification:

  • a current (non-expired) original signed passport;
  • a current (non-expired) signed photocard driving licence (full or provisional);
  • a current (non-expired) original European Union government-issued identity card that carries your photograph and signature.

Please ensure the documents are original and current. Copies will not be accepted.

For interviews taking place online, you will be required to show your ID through the camera.

Acceptable ID documents:

  • Passport*
  • Photocard driving licence (full or provisional)*
  • European Union government-issued identity card*

*Refer to conditions in main text

Alternative ID

What to do if you cannot provide an acceptable form of ID.

If you do not have and cannot obtain one of the forms of identification above, please ask your school or college to attach your photograph to its headed notepaper and include the following text:

"This document is to confirm the identity of our student [insert your name], date of birth [insert your date of birth], whose signature appears below, endorsed with the official stamp of the school (that covers part of the photograph)."

The form must be signed by a head teacher or a senior member of staff and show the school stamp. You must also sign this document. You will need to send a copy of this via email to the Admissions team.

Please note that if you do not have the required documents with you, you will not be able to have your interview and it may not be possible to reschedule.
