MCRC workshop: ex vivo modelling

Overview:

Find out about the latest ex vivo modelling research in cancer early detection. Hear keynote talks discussing the latest innovations in systems that model how cancer develops outside of cells.

Learn more about what ex vivo models are and find out how they can be applied to breast cancer and pancreatic cancer. These are followed by work showcasing early career researchers Dr Eldhose Skaria and Helen Clough, who present further work from the laboratories of Andrew Gilmore and Sarah Cartmell. In collaboration with the International Alliance for Cancer Early Detection.

Research UK RadNet Manchester AHP Academy workshop

Overview:

Discover more about radiotherapy research in Manchester and hear first-hand experiences from radiographers across the world.

Find out more about the CRUK RadNet Manchester Academy, a collaborative hub to develop the next-generation of radiotherapy radiographers who will work in novel fields including proton beam therapy, MR-Linac and FLASH radiotherapy.
